Compassionate Care with LaShundra
Therapy Rooted in
Compassion, Growth, and Truth
Being the oldest child and grandchild in my family, I understand the weight that can come with being “the strong one.” Those lived experiences, along with more than two decades of clinical work, shape how I understand people, relationships, and the experiences we carry.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in community settings, hospitals, schools, and private practice with individuals and couples from diverse backgrounds. These experiences have strengthened my belief that therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and respected.
Together, we’ll explore how your past may be shaping your present, identify patterns that no longer serve you, and create space for healthier ways of moving forward. I bring empathy, honesty, and evidence-based approaches to our work, creating room for both compassionate support and meaningful conversation.
Supporting LGBTQIA2S+ youth and adults is an important part of my practice. Everyone deserves a space where their identity is respected, their experiences are honored, and they feel empowered to live authentically.
If you’re ready to explore what support could look like for you, I invite you to connect.
With 20+ years of clinical experience, LaShundra combines professional expertise with compassionate, thoughtful care.
